ARCADE LOOP SYNTH
Building a world of our own, Arcade was the first plug-in built entirely in JUCE++ from the ground up. Arcade is a playable virtual synthesizer backed by a cloud-based loops library for endless inspiration and curated collections of musical ideas.
Ujin was an early founding member of the marketing team, leading content production, brand strategy, community management behind the creative campaigns across all digital & retail channels.

Official launch of the subscription-based model and core instruments featuring a playable keyboard and loop playback – white keys for loops, black keys for macro-modifiers and FX.LINES - A Cloud of Infinite Possibilities
Arcade is a cloud-based subscription software housing one of the largest and most sophiscated sample libraries on the market. Built as a both a playable VST instrument and sample library, Arcade was made to be the ‘Netflix of Samples’.
LINES in Arcade are curated and highly-processed collections of loops designed by a community of professional sound designers. Each line presents its own world of unique textures and out-of-the-box ideas.

New horizons in hardware
PLATFORM DESK LAUNCH A first of its kind. A music production desk made for musicians, by musicians.
Designed by Meghan Hui of NULL-LA, the Platform Desk is the first in Output’s studio collection of furniture and pro-audio hardware – built to be flat-packable and eco-conscious with all the bells & whistles a musician needs from elegant cable management, 9U rack mount space, and hand-stained finishes to suit any room.

In partnership with California State Parks, Ujin spearheaded a community-driven CSR project as the executive producer. Upcycling a prototype into a Little Library for the LA State Historic Park in Downtown Los Angeles.

This project brought together various leaders in music technology (Ableton, Fender Music, Output) and education (Musician’s Institute) to launch this public art project, donate books and music learning materials, and launch a live event series (First Friday Bonfires) for ongoing community development and music education.

The driving force behind Output’s marketing strategy and ethos of every instrument made has always been putting the creator first.
Ujin led brand operations and project management in conceptualizing, developing, and executing the marketing strategy for the early stage start-up since 2016. Systemazing operations & digital advertising campaigns (Facebook Business) internally and for external agencies.
In 2017, she elevated her impact into cultivating partnerships & community management across all departments in sound design, software development, and marketing & design.
