2019-2022UJIN started her time at Electronic Creatives – working dually as CEO Laura Escudé’s executive assistant and the Marketing Manager for the production agency. As the senior leader focused on project management and systems strategy, she led various high-level projects from launching online education programs, building native systems and trackers to track 200+ global tours/events, and ultimately streamlined systems and efficiencies across all departments.
In close collaboration with the Head of Production, UJIN was instrumental in designing the Production Tracker and Operations Playbook to develop and deliver key protocols across all areas of the business. Managing all inbound and ongoing client relations and artist projects – UJIN managed the onboarding and day-to-day operations from head to end for international tours. As the business manager, she provided support and managed all production related needs for both internal (engineers and contractors) and external-facing (clients, artists, directors). Creating key processes and designing systems from the ground up to track billing (AR/AP), training, production design, human resources, legal/privacy, and show programming.

The flagship artist development program created by Laura Escudé to distill her unique approach to playback design and live music production using Ableton Live software as the brains of a musical performance.
TRANSMUTE ACCELERATOR is an 8-week online design program teaching independent artists and music producers to create their own custom Ableton Live sets from the ground up. Empowering creators to level up their technical artistry and production skills to take creative control of their careers, launch successful tours, and build upon fool-proof performances.
UJIN was instrumental in the development of the marketing strategy and programming – launching the first cohort and two consecutive programs with 30+ artists/students. Each program ran 8-weeks virtually using the tool Kajabi, Facebook/Discord, and Zoom (for live group sessions). Artists get all the inspiration and education they need starting from envisioning their live show, creating tech riders, building show rigs, and performing a full set within two months.

Managing day-to-day operations from coordinating online workshops and booking talent for masterclasses, managing weekly communications and course material creation/distribution, moderating community Facebook group and Discord, creating the program roadmap and produced the final event – The Transmute Live Showcase in partnership with Musician’s Institute and Live House (Los Angeles).

MASTERTRACK SCHOLARSHIP
UJIN spearheaded the creation of the first MASTERTRACK SUMMIT Scholarship for Women awarding a full-ride scholarship for a female-identifying producer or audio professional.
